We support companies by conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with the ASTM E1527-05 standard. A Phase I investigation assesses the risk of soil, air, groundwater and/or building material contamination. Consequently, for each type of suspected contamination we can conduct a Phase II ESA in accordance with the ASTM E1903-11 standard.
